As a parent, I find myself in an ongoing journey of learning and growth, striving to break free from generational patterns and rediscover the essence of our values. Being born into a Muslim family, I understand how easy it is to fall into routine, forgetting the deep essence of our values. I feel the need to reconnect with our roots, with our faith, from the depths of my heart and soul. My quest is not only for my own spiritual journey but to impart these techniques to help my children find their purpose in life.
